As a teacher, Carol has a wonderful ability to meet each student where they are at and helps them take the next steps in their painting journey. She leads by example through her own continued growth as a painter and works tirelessly to build a sense of community within her classes. Carol Douglas is an amazing painting teacher. I have taken both in person plain air courses and participated in her online courses for more than 5 years. From the basics to the more advanced concepts, each student gets personalized attention and the right encouragement to grow as an artist. I highly recommend her.
