I would avoid working with Carol Grob—she was not easy to work with, she was expensive compared to the amount of net value she brought our condo association. She was not as collaborative as I would expect someone to be for $12k. She seemed to go for a legal strategy that was costly over one that was efficient. She does not work well on a team.
