Placed an order on February 22nd. It was not sent out until February 25th. As of today, March 3rd, 11 days after placing the order, it has not been shipped from USPS. Tracking states that it has cleared US customs! Nora Fleming's products are made in the USA! Called customer service, who was quite rude to me. She stated that Carol & Company shipped the package and this was USPS fault.
