This is a fun quick family getaway for kids spring break. We planned with other families for a large group and the cruise line was accomodating.

It was absolutely terrible from the start. When making reservations/calling for questions/organizing a group, expect to be put on hold for extensive periods of time. Sometimes 45 minutes just to be connected to the wrong department, repeat process again... If you get hurt on the ship, expect to pay $350 fee, and thats JUST to get looked at. If you need pain medicine thats an additional fee. The clinic and shops close at 9:00 so if you need them anytime after that, be prepared to pay OUTRAGEOUS FEES. Never had an issue booking a cruise. Been on 2 different cruises and had a blast on both. The ship was clean and staff was amazing. The only downfall are the high price on cocktails.

Carnival Cruise lines ripped me off. They added charges onto my account, have no proof, no signature, no explanation. Nothing but a run around from their newbee confused personnel. Been working on this for a month. Still haven't received my refund. A bunch of real bozo's working for Carnival.
