Love carnival!
Carnival is horrible, their website and app do not have the same information on it and do to the misinformation we where unable to get on our cruise. When I called customer service to reconcile the situation they did not care. So now me and my family are stranded in Florida, my child’s clothes are stuck on the boat and they won’t do anything about it. 14 gals set sail for a "high school girl's trip" 5 balcony cabins and 2 upgrade cabins. Out of Port Tampa to Celebration Key with a private pavilion (Raven).
