Really good place. Help my son alot.
I absolutely adore this place. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in fort Wayne. Everyone in this establishment is very welcoming and heart warming. They felt like family from day one. They make me feel safe leaving my child for the day. AND BOYYY don't get me started on ALL the activities they do to keep these kids busy. They are doing something all day long. I never leave bad reviews but this was so terrible… I just called to get info for my 3 year old son and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Terrible customer service and extremely unkind. I was honestly just trying to get info on pricing and schedule. Long story short I will NOT be sending my child to this place and surrounding him with people who treat others that way. The woman hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional!
Brandi, the director, is wonderful. She cares about all of the kids at Rainbow, and wants every parent to feel confident leaving their children there. When I had a newborn there, we had some issues with the first room she was in and didn’t feel the teachers in the room were a great fit for us, and when we told Brandi, she switched us to the other infant room the following day.
