The parents deserve to know the truth before sending their children here. This place is absolutely horrible. The teachers are mean and show no real care for the kids. The manager is unprofessional, rude, and refuses to take action when serious problems are reported. What’s worse is that some teachers hit and abuse the children, and instead of firing them, management allows it to continue. I enrolled my kids summer of 2024 and have nothing but good things to say about kindercare Southwest. I love that the staff (from the director to the kitchen staff to the float teachers), always communicate with me through the app about any updates with the kids or changes. When I drop off my kiddos, I know they are safe and cared for. I absolutely adore this place. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in fort Wayne. Everyone in this establishment is very welcoming and heart warming. They felt like family from day one. They make me feel safe leaving my child for the day. AND BOYYY don't get me started on ALL the activities they do to keep these kids busy. They are doing something all day long.
