Unfortunately we had an extremely rude partner contact us regarding a bill they wanted taken care of. This bill was for tax preparation done by a new cpa that was given our case when our old cpa left. We had no idea she had left, no phone call, no introduction to the new person doing our taxes(which we didn’t want). Just an email asking for info from us and then a $500 bill for the “time they put into it”. I have been delighted with my experience with Carmines Robbins . . . we started working together about 6 months ago. As a small business owner, I have many (too many) plates to spin most days and the responsiveness and care of their team to provide me real time data and analysis (in addition to keeping the books squeaky clean) is a tremendous help plus a load off of my mind. I also appreciate their use of technology to securely facilitate our work together.

This was the first year we've had our taxes prepared at Carmines Robbins & Co. Athena was awesome to work with. She was knowledgeable and responsive. We'll be back next year for sure.
