We are a fine olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting bar. A certified Ultra Premium store carrying the finest grade of olive oils, we are the only store of its kind in the area. Our products are made from the freshest olives, crushed within hours of picking, and come from countries in both hemispheres, as well as California. RecommendedLooking for some high quality, tasty vinegars and oils after being inspired by more healthy eating. Loved the story and the information on their website so we stopped to check it out. Dana (owner) was very friendly and super helpful. We started with 4 bottles to mix and match but I have no doubt we'll be back to try more. Enjoyed the ability to taste the products in store as well.

Finally got around to cooking up some of the tri colored angel hair, and WOW. I’m not much of a pasta girl, but it was SOOOOOO good!

I L💜VE Carmine & Lucia's. From the minute you walk in & are greeted by Dana, the owner, you feel welcome. She pairs various olive oils with balsamic vinegars that create taste sensations that explode with flavor! I loved hearing the wonderful story about her grandparents, Carmine & Lucia. This store is a gem, not to be missed, in downtown Vero. I would never gave known it was here if it wasn't a stop on the Treasure Coast Culinary Tour!
This is the only place I'll go to get the best oils and balsamics. No one else can compare.
