Bad customer relations place. Shop at your own risk. Daughter shopped their stores, walked across street and they towed her car.
Really disappointing - took my fiancée out for her birthday at Carr Mill and was inexplicably towed and charged $300 cash. I don’t understand why I was towed and the towing company provided zero explanation other than I started “walking away from the mall” which I guess I did because I was unclear of where to enter. Never coming here again and encourage you to not come here either.
Absolutely beyond unsafe to park in this parking lot. Don’t listen to the owner replying saying it’s “safe to park as long as you shop at the mall.” These people actually have nothing better to do than to tow your car if - god forbid - you park your car and walk to the sidewalk to walk around the mall to another entrance to it. Absolutely pathetic. $380 for that. Owner, please find something better to do.
This was a great place to wander and relax. Beautiful little shops. Coffee shop was decorated amazing. Historical building but would not learn anything about it unless using Google.
Weaver Street Market should Protest against Carr Mill Mall. Getting paid to take care of the local customers who bring profits to this great town. $350 for towing is willlllllllllllllllddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
