This place must have an idiot for an owner/manager. They NEVER have enough employees working there to give customers proper service. It's a shame too...because it has the potential to be a great movie theater. I've been a fairly regular customer (1-2 times per month) for 8 years and it's been like this the whole time. Today broke the straw! I will start going to the Regal from now on
