I made three appointments with Carmen's massage (because she rang to reschedule each one with a new excuse each time!) and never actually received a massage! She claimed she had a death in the family and rescheduled, (I felt bad and understaood) then she called me at 7am (the day of the next appointment) claiming she had had a kidney operation and she could not honour the appointment, but she could see me in two weeks.
