Williams, T Great service!!!!!! All Cleaning and Alterations done on time and well over expectation. I pass several cleaners and tailor shops traveling from Union to do business with Carmen Tailor Shop. Always service with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. Its well worth the trip. Keep up the Great Work.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Complete waste of time and money. Brought my motorcycle vest there to sew on patches. Nothing was centered and they were crooked. I had work so my girlfriend brings it back to complain. They apologized and said they would fix it(and took notes). When it’s picked up for the second time, some of the patches were overlapping each other, they still weren’t centered and one of them wasn’t even completely sewed on(corners are falling off. On top of being very friendly, Carmen always does amazing work! On multiple occasions, Carmen accommodated my rush jobs even though she was very busy. Her responsiveness made it easy for me to rest assured knowing that my garments would be ready in time. Her attention to detail is second to none. Carmen Tailor is the best tailor in Roselle Park!! Highly recommended!!
I am so glad to have found Carmen! I live about 45 minutes away but she is my "go to" for all alterations that I need for my clothes. She has done an excellent job on all my dresses and ballroom gowns through the years that I have been going to her. Even my husband was happy with all the shirts, coats, pants and suits that she has done for him. I wore 2 lovely gowns at my son's wedding that Carmen custom-made for me! I definitely recommend this place!
