I firsthand have had the pleasure of getting my nails, toenails and eyelashes done for many years, each time even better than the previous time. I've followed this nail salon from the old location in Waterbury to their present location in Middlebury. Have been a customer for 18 years !!!! The girls are the best and only high-quality products are used, unlike those places in the malls. I get compliments on my nails all the time and everyone always asks "where do you get your nails done "? Carmen Elizabeth's !!!!
