This is a good facility for training. Everyone is always super friendly, which is helpful because the place is kind of a maze and getting lost is not difficult. Only certain people can park here, but there's a shuttle that runs regularly between this facility and the New Carrollton Station (the EL1, formerly the T99), where there is no shortage of parking if you're driving in.
