Mr Carmelo is very patient and professional. He helped me deal with the process of mortgage step by step. If you choose him to help you, you will not have to worry about your application.
Stay away! Not only is Citizens a terrible lender that will send you in a tizzy over the constant requests for new items once they have issued you a commitment, this guy will also drive you nuts. He has a terrible reputation. Month after month, nothing happens. I made a mistake, and hope you don't have to go through the same thing. This has been my experience. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
