I bought a car here and they told me to bring it back within the first month if there were any problems and CarMax would repair it. I also had the option of returning the car within 5 days for any reason at all. 11 days after the purchase it wouldnt start. Dead, nothing! Carmax had it towed back to their facility and they changed the starter. Said it was missing so teeth on the old starter but never showed me the old starter. A few days later it did the same thing.
