If I could give them 6 stars I would. I had to wait 6 months to get a death certificate. Within another month I got the title to the car I needed to sell. CARMAX gave me an offer worth 3 months of my mortgage payments. Literally saving my home for me and my dogs. This review may sound made up but it’s true. The cherry on top of the story is that they provided a LYFT ride to my house 13 miles away. CARMAX will always have my endorsement!

So I was about to purchase a 45,000 car, and do a trade in and I'll tell you why I got up and left and have never been so insulted in my life. So after doing a ton of research and picking out the car I wanted through you guys and getting ready to have it ordered and shipped over, I went in to go get my trade-in appraised. I went to this location two times , and never received any help at all. The recent prices on these cars are all over the place. CarMax is obviously price anchoring the competition. Better off just buying new with all the incentive and financing deals being offered.
We were excited to look at new cars and trade in our current car until we were set up with a rude guy who instantly started berating our 2024 Acura MDX as though it was worth nothing! It's a beautiful car with very low miles. He rubbed us the wrong way so we walked out. . . . by the way, Garcia Subaru gave us $38,000 for our car!
