The WORST. Can't stress enough how bad this guy is. Signed contract to sell home 🏠. Closing date scheduled for "on or about May 1". (Which means you really have until May 15, plus a possible additional 30 days). He calls to tell me that the buyer's mortgage is about to expire on April 26 and that I had to hurry up and rush to close early OR pay buyer around $3,000. WOW WOW WOW this is beyond insane.
