Don't waste you time with this business. Last week I made a booking to have my Ute washed at 1100 today. I turned up 15 minutes early and the person that greeted me said he couldn't wash my Ute as they were too busy (albeit there was NOTHING going on in the garage) and knew nothing about my booking. Didn't check, didn't make a call, didn't care.

SCAM ALERT! I rented a vehicle through Turo 7/8/24. The pickup and return went well, and as far as I knew, that was the end of it. Today, 12/2/25 I received the following email: "I hope you enjoyed your recent trip with Adrian on reservation 35103658. I'm following up about an issue that's come up. During your reservation, you incurred a parking fine on 7/Aug/2024 evident with the fine notice uploaded by your host in trip photos. Warning scam alert ! I rented a car from Carma Carhire on Turo. After returning the vehicle, parking right in front of their establishment and placing the keys in the “RETURN” box, I provided a photo of the clean, parked car. The next day, Carma Carhire claimed they couldn’t find the car or the keys. After several exchanges, they finally confirmed the car had been returned.
