Very good service, and they handle it professionally, I recommend their rental car service to everyone. Won't upset you to sure. I choose the option for the rental car delivered to me and it's does delivered on time and and they pick up on time when I finished my trip. The car comes with a clean outer and inner , and comes with full tank. In my case I rented for 1nights / 20/21 2pm-2pm and the give me 300 km for drive. Very good services.

Great experience hiring this Batmobile from Hannah at Carma! Handoff was easy, car was good fun and had an incredible time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melbourne!
I accidentally gave them 5 stars on Turo, but that was a mistake. The experience was disappointing. I was charged around $27 for fuel even though the distance I drove didn’t justify that amount — it seems the car was used after I returned it. I also paid for airport delivery, which wasn’t provided. Instead, they used the same car to shuttle me to the airport. Not professional or transparent at all.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM directly or via Turo. They do not maintain their cars properly. I rented from them and had an ill fitting tire (confirmed by a tire shop because it ended up popping).
