Ian Quinn from Carly is a legend. My subscription had some ups and downs and at first customer service were really difficult to deal with, luckily Ian picked up my request, he took the time to assess the complexity, communicated so well and took ownership end to end. Thank you so much Ian for restoring my faith in Carly and getting my new car sorted promptly, but mostly, thank you for actively listening and getting stuff done!

Perfect experience with Carly! The service is fast, the car is almost new, and EV charger is all included. I would recommend to anyone staying temporarily in Melbourne to use this service without headache of owning a car, servicing etc. Although I tried to switch the car, none of the team contacted me so I cancelled for switching.

Got declined, yet Karmo got accepted. Now i have 4 other people subscribed to Karmo. So thanku for not getting approved.

I have used Carly multiple times in the past, however tried to resubsribe again and have gotten no response or communication from anyone. This time feels different and it seems there may have been management or staff changes that have attributed to this. It’s unfortunate as Carly used to be very easy to organise a car with.

Overall, the Carly subscription itself is a great concept and offers good value. However, my experience with customer service was initially quite disappointing, with a lack of follow-up and clarity. That completely changed once Ian stepped in. Ian was responsive, proactive, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. He turned the experience around and truly reflects the level of service customers would expect. Thank you again.
