Easy and straightforward. Recommend for long term car rental.
I have used this service several times over the years, worked perfectly. It is now in my opinion a non functioning business, with weeks of delays just to confirm or deny a simple booking. If the car you booked is not available they farm your business out to another company with totally different terms and conditions, or the say your car is not available with no alternative given other than going through the whole uncertain process again, stuck in a loop of incompetence.

Starting with the pickup experience: when I arrived at the pickup location (an airport parking lot), it seemed that no one knew what Carly was or why I was there. Luckily, they eventually found the right person to hand over the car and complete the paperwork. However, when the car arrived, to my surprise, it had a flat tyre.
