Same problems as others, Buyers beware when you buy a tempurpedic here. There is no warranty,when you buy from this retailer. Not sure how this person is in the retail business or stays in business. Also see better business reviews. Tried to support our local business only to get taken advantage of. Spend your money with someone that will appreciate it, just not here. I sincerely hope this helps others from not getting taken advantage of from this person.

We had nothing but problems with this man. We called over and over again and could never get an answer about major problems we had with the furniture we bought from him. So, we visited the store to tell him the problems in person. His words, "thats too bad"....AND THAT WAS IT! He does not care about customers a single bit...he does not care about satisfaction period......once he has your money, he is done with you and does not care if you come back or not. If I could give it less than one star, I would. I spent several thousand dollars in this store. Along with 2 complete mattress sets. When he sold them to me he said that they came with a 20 year warranty. Well, nine months later one of the mattress tops caved in, and the other one had a spring pop up through the mattress.
