Carol was absolutely fantastic in walking me through the process of purchasing bulk greenery. Upon delivery, all of my order was packed beautifully and had been chilled. The order was fresh and dewy for our conference centerpieces. I would use Carlstedt's at every opportunity, feeling that I can trust what they will provide. Their service was excellent as well!
