My wife and I used Jeff for our home closing. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. He and Kim made the whole process very easy and were very quick to answer any questions we had. Kim was extremely responsive and kept things moving quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Jeff and Kim to handle your real estate closing! We will definitely use in the future for any legal services.

Jeff and his team are phenomenal to work with. He is fair, communicates well, and has great knowledge in his field. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a real estate attorney. Your attorney can make or break a deal on the home you fell in love with. Put that in the hands of someone you can trust like Jeff.
Jeff is my hero! He is a contract KING! I have used him more than once and I always refer him to friends and family. Most recently Jeff Siedsma came through for us by looking over a critical insurance document and through his outstanding due diligence managed to help in a way that no other attorney could. He's a brilliant attorney! In addition, we used him for both the sale of my house and to buy my new house. He managed every obstacle that came our way. You can not go wrong when working with Jeff! Jeff handled the closing and all issues that came up for us during the sale of our home. He and his assistant Kim were patient and effiecient. They are quick to respond to all questions and we always knew what was going on. Our sale was a bit complex but he handled it with great professionalism! At the closing we were nervous, but he sat and explained the paperwork and is really a nice guy! We are very thankful for all he did.
