Has anyone had an issue getting a hold of this shop? I had brake work done which left me with air in the brakes after picking it up. Owner said he wanted to make me happy and would take care of it. I've tried several times and have left messages but none have been returned. I decided to take it to another shop. That's when we noticed the brake calipers they installed looked used.
