Mikel is an excellent and competent attorney. I read the other poor reviews and found it telling that the opposing side rated her so low. She works hard for her clients and holds people to the law. Keep in mind the people who rated her poorly didn’t hire her and hire her before your ex does!
Ms Carlson represented the mother of my daughter in our custody battle. And I must give her credit as she successfully helped my ex hide the truth, cover up records and lie to the court for 4 years. This is all documented and not just my opinion. So if you are looking for a lawyer who will tell your lies, help you hide records, and allows children to remain around active drug addicts and alcoholics then Mikel is the one you want. Mikel is an amazing and detailed oriented attorney who is compassionate to her case(s). So much so that I've been able to recommend friends to her for parenting plans and family law disputes. Most recently Mikel helped me change a finalized parenting plan that was not in the best interest of my child. I'm happy with the results and her fees were beyond reasonable!!
