If I could give no stars I would. I lost my only sibling back in August of 2020 and was seeking assistance from this office. At first all was good, communication etc. suddenly everything came to a halt! Left messages with no call backs, asked how much money I needed to send to get things going....crickets. I understand COVID was a huge issue at that time but surely it shouldn’t have affected telephone usage!!
