Never! Mr. Carlson Stated that (disabled) people can be forced to wear masks if it is mandated.That is simply Wrong! The American with disabilities act disagrees it clearly states: No business may deny you service because you refuse to wear a mask violation punishable by 75,000 federal fine. We selected Nigel Mendez from Carlson & Associates to be the general counsel for our association 2 years ago. Nigel has gone above and beyond to improve our collection process. Owners have appreciated Nigel’s ability to find a solution in everyone’s best interest. I appreciate Nigel Mendez breaking down legal issues in understandable terms for the Board of Directors to act on in a timely manner. We have had great service at a fair value.
Mr Tom Carlson worked for our homeowners association AKA campground and allowed many things that violate MN statues. He was also a part of numerous things that violated our governing documents. It was a horrible experience and a huge mess that we are now in the process of cleaning up!!
