Brooke was wonderful in helping me through challenges I was having with a hard time dealing with /letting go of. What I loved about her approach was her patience with gentle guidance. She is very attentive and let the conversation flow. Not only would I "vent it out" in ways I never have before but she was able to help me to get to the root problem and help me realize WHY I was holding onto beliefs and challenges. Where do I begin … for as long as I can remember … I would self sabotage in every way imaginable, especially when it came to relationships. Recently I had a daughter and thought, it’s time for me to get off this no where going ride … that’s when I found Brooke. At first … I was very skeptical but after a couple sessions, she showed me how I can control the thoughts and begin to rewire my brain. It’s definitely daily practice but I have her to THANK for showing me the way and truly being there for me. THANK YOU BROOKE!!!
