I met Brooke several years ago when her practice was in the same office building as my business. Then we ended up at the same gym working out in the early morning. From that I knew of her business. In July I will be 92 years old. I broke my hip about 2 years ago and just completed 20 months of physical therapy. This was my 3rd fall which, each time, caused very serious injuries. Brooke has a phenomenal practice, and brings a fresh approach to unlocking our minds and how they work. She supported me in my journey to untangle my feelings about myself, and objectively evaluate how they may be helping me or hurting me. I enjoyed working together with her to challenge myself to let go of the negativity that was holding me back, and embrace the present moment.
Brooke is amazing. I went to see her with one goal in mind, but the experience opened so much more. Her approach helped me uncover self-created limitations and perceptions I didn’t even realize I was holding. I feel like I’ve been able to rewrite parts of my story which has been truly life changing. I’m so grateful!
