Went in for a hydrafacial with Franki. I had a wedding to go to and was really looking forward to the service. The machine broke right as we were about to start so she did a different facial for free, which I appreciate but it was overall just an odd experience. I would’ve expected for all equipment to be in working order and for it to be checked before the appointment at least. Cheryl was incredible!! She did my bridal makeup along with 7 other bridal party makeup on the wedding day. She was easy to work with, made me feel comfortable, and not only listened to what I wanted but executed it perfectly!! I’m not one to wear a ton of makeup so I was nervous having someone else do it and still love how I looked. During the trial she built up the look so I got to see it in different stages and I got to see how I felt after wearing it the rest of the day. Cheryl was great and really listened to me and what I wanted on my big day! The trial was so helpful. She was so sweet and friendly, and I would absolutely go back to her for treatments. She also did my daughter’s make up for my wedding, and she looked absolutely gorgeous! Thank you! 💕💍✨
Such a fun and relaxing experience (yes both in ONE visit). Cheryl is very professional and kind. She explained the process of my treatment before starting and during which made me feel at ease getting my first chemical peel. Since, my acne scars & acne prone skin (why I visited) have improved IMMENSELY. Definitely going to make this a regular routine!
