This is our first time purchasing Furniture from Carl's. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we drove down and purchased it. Now just 3 weeks after purchasing the 3 pc set, the fabric is tearing away from the stitching, the fabric is thin and almost brittle like or weathered, something is not right with the fabric, it is very poor quality. This place is not worth buying furniture from. We have purchased 2 couches in 2 years because both have began to tear and rip. Although the sectional we had was under warranty still, and was not ripping or tearing due to everyday wear and tear we kept getting a run around for 4 months, going on 5 without an answer. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Carl's engages in BAIT AND SWITCH. They had advertised a 2 pc sofa and loveseat for $449.00. I purchased it and then received a call saying there was an "error" on their website and it was actually $449 each piece. Nowhere on the ad did it say $449 each piece. Their website and my order said 2 pc set for $449. Instead of honoring their advertising, they tried to make me pay more. Avoid this place at all costs!

This company shouldn't even get 1 star. They are rude, unprofessional an scams! I had defected furniture, scammed payments and rude customer service since i began my business there. They lack compassion and place words in your mouth. I cannot believe the service i have been dealing with from this company. I will never purchase another item from here, and make sure i let others be aware to stay clear from this company!

This customer purchased a bunk bed and had used it for six months with no problems whatsoever. The item purchased was not defective and it was determined to be accidental damage caused by the customer.
