I rented from this place and received excellent service. Clean and well maintained equipment, courteous and friendly staff, and great prices! Would definitely recommend them to friends, family, anyone who needs a van! They explained charges and fees thoroughly, so there were no surprises at the end! Great experience!
Carl's Van is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!! Me and my family recently rented a vehicle from them and paid the extra charge of $100.00 "they call it a convienence charge" to have it available at the airport. We returned it to the airport in pristine condition. Later we recieved a bill for $350.00. They claimed that we dented the van which I know for a fact we did not.
