This place took care of everything i needed, and it was a very easy process. Wish i didn't have to pay 25 cents a mile after 200, but that's my only complaint. Besides that, very helpful people, great working van, and smooth process.

I highly recommend Carls Van rentals, i recently moved my daughter from one college to another (and im the Mom!). I have experience in the moving process, so the professional customer service (Darren is great!) was really welcome, the van was clean and newer and pricing was exactly as quoted. The 200 miles a day no charge was a closer for me. Im grateful to have found them for everything in between a 15" moving truck (with all the extra charges) and borrowing my friends, too nice to worry about, truck! Ill be back!

Overall I had a very easy and great customer service. Daryl was very professional and very detail-oriented with explaining the process and regulations of renting the van. The van was very fun and awesome to ride in, very smooth, AC was cold and clean. I have nothing but great things to say about this company I would definitely go with them again.

this my first time dealing with the company. Everything went as promised, on-time, with clear charges shown. Loved being able to pick up my rental right at the airport parking lot and leave it there afterwards. The only reason for a 4-stars, was car condition. While it did the job, it was in need of some minor repairs/services. Overall, I would use them again.
