Experience was great, pickup from the airport, clean nice van and car. All was well until I returned the car. I forgot my bag(which contained my iPad, kids Galaxy tabs and Beats) in the back seat for about 5 minutes while I was signing off on the paperwork. I go back to the car and my bag is gone. I ask the workers about it and they all say they didn't see a bag. I tell the workers I am sure I had it, the one guy says he checked it in himself and there was no bag. Great experience! I rented a vehicle through another company, got a confirmation, arrived at the airport only to find that they gave my van to someone else. I called Carl's and they saved my vacation with a van that was less money than anywhere else I found! Thank you, guys! You saved me and my family from a disastrous vacation!

Let's start with getting picked up at the airport...showed up 20 minutes late to pick us up at the airport, then upon arriving at Carl's in Orlando we piled out of the shuttle to find the driver never closed the door where all of our luggage was stored for the drive! You've gotta be kidding me right? Luckily no one lost any luggage en route.

Carl's Van is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!! Me and my family recently rented a vehicle from them and paid the extra charge "they call it a convienence charge" to have it available at the airport. We returned it to the airport in pristine condition. Later we recieved a bill for $350.00. They claimed that we dented the van which I know for a fact we did not. Thanks, Carls! – My family and I had a great time renting from Carls; they were really nice and the price fit our budget perfectly! We had more people coming with us this time for our vacation and they were able to get us a van with just a short notice. And when we ended with more people coming, they were able to switch us to an even larger van without crazy up charges. Great Service! – Had a great time renting from them. Myers was great to work with! No problems at all. The shuttle ride to their location wasn't too bad; took about 10 minutes or so. We will be renting from them again in the future.
Wow! Thought it was too good to be true! The prices were lower than anywhere else and they even offered to price match if I found a cheaper price. So I figured, well, it will probably be an older van and crappy service. Much to my surprise and enjoyment, it was a late model van AND the service was nothing short of impeccable. I will be visiting Carl's again soon!
