Top notch customer service. Due to issue on our end we didn't get the bill paid and they weren't picking up. I called the office and spoke with jessika - she was VERY pleasant, helpful and patient with me as we sorted it out. Our service has been great. I appreciate how professional they are and even more that someone actually answered the phone and took care of what we needed to work out.
I’m gonna have to get our guys’ names next time. My daughter always hear the truck and run outside to say hello and they were so nice to her. It was her favorite part of the week! Highly recommend Carls. The employees work hard and don’t leave dumpsters in the way when they’re finished. Kind people in the office as well. Gotta shout out these Blue Collar workers working in all of the weather conditions also! Great company.
