I RECENTLY PURCHASE ABOUT $8000 WORTH OF OUTDOOR FURNITURE. JIM THE MANAGER, WAS FANTASTIC. THEY HAVE BEEN A "GO TO" STORE FOR ME FOR 10 YEARS. JIM IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH AT CARLS. He was great and did it for no commission. His colleague got the sale. Very generous man, she had two customers and he helped us but he gave her the commission.
We ordered $4,000 worth of patio furniture but it didn't come when promised on delivery day, the store manager then said that the furniture would be returned to their store a few days later but I would have to arrange for an independent company to have it picked up at their store and delivered to our house.
