This my initial email to Carls patio outlining the problems I had, do you really want to deal with a company that treats customers like this? They are refusing to replace my stained cushions. Dear Please find attached photographs of just a few of the damaged and heavily stained cushions you delivered, every single cushion is marked in some way.
