Did not help with anything Also he did not answer calls or text He says one thing one day an then a whole different thing another day would not trust him at all, he doesn’t help you Said I would get approved with certain amount of credit then later still not qualifying after I got my credit up he said I don’t need co-signer a then Later he said I did, said I would qualify for certain amount then later he said I don’t If I could give zero stars I would
Update: Carlos did not personally reach out to us nor respond to my email after him responding to my review. His boss had to reach out only to send our credit history. Nothing else was resolved. Me & my dad had a bad experience with Carlos Urrutia. He stopped answering calls after he ran our credits to apply for a loan. I asked him for our credit reports & he never sent them over nor acknowledged my request.
