"You didn't give me a chance" Perhaps a once heralded business has gone off the rails? We had a small chrome chair that needed to be reupholstered. We checked the reviews, sent an email with pictures and requested a bid in October of 2022. We went to the shop on Nov 1st, decided on the naugahyde from the samples. We were aware that it wouldn't get done until after the holidays. Sensing confusion and lack of space in the shop, we offered to take our chair home until they were ready to work on it.
