I’m very disappointed with my experience. I initially called this plumbing company for a simple faucet issue. During the first visit in the morning, they only tightened the faucet—and charged me $100 for that alone. I called them afterward, confused as to why the faucets weren’t actually replaced as requested. They apologized and said they would come back later that day.
