I’m very disappointed with my experience. I initially called this plumbing company for a simple faucet issue. During the first visit in the morning, they only tightened the faucet—and charged me $100 for that alone. I called them afterward, confused as to why the faucets weren’t actually replaced as requested. They apologized and said they would come back later that day. Mr Losoya has been our plumber for 32 years. He has treated us as family at odd hours , always with the best respect of a businessman. His jobs are always explained and priced before he begins, he never leaves the job unfinished. He has helpers, but he always returns to insure the job was completed and customer is satisfied! I highly recommend this hardworking man!!
Angie Olivas-Gonzalez Really you are not telling how it happened Mr Losoya went by your house and offered two options Option#1 was going to cost you $1200.00 if they installed the pipe inside your wall which they we’re going to cut all the wall on ceiling the length of the red pipe and you were told you had to get a carpenter to patch the wall that we did not patch the cut outs.
