My first experience with Vellum was when my son needed a mortgage company for the condo he was buying. I felt they provided an outstanding service to qualify him for the loan. I had him when I bought my townhouse and decided to go to him when I needed a qualification for a loan for my home. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I am super happy to have worked with the Larrazabal/Vellum team. Al was a great guide on the purchase of my first home since the first time we spoke back in 2022. Very professional, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.
