El servicio fue excelente y muy atentos. Explican al detalle. Inspección minuciosa. La guagua en muy buen estado.
Son unos estafadores no se les ocurra llevarles el auto sucio porque te cobran 150 dollars por lavar el auto y si se te olvida rellenar la gasolina para atras te va a costar con ellos la gasolina igual que si llenaras de gasolina el tanque de un bote en Miami es mejor ir en un taxi a la playa flamingo y ya porque ninguna otra playa vale la pena visitar
I was weary because of the reviews but this place was really a good choice. They do not take AMEX. Their jeeps are brand new and really in great condition. We had an issue with the first one we rented and they switched it out in no time and no questions asked. Good customer service.
Wouldve given 5 stars. Jeep rental was a great 1day deal price but the front person customer service explained about being clean and low mess policy when returning but said nothing about a damp seats charge. When returning the vehicle the lady sat in the vehicle and claimed seat was damp. We used a towel the whole time. Her word against ours. Charged us $25. Then refused to drive us to the airport. Luckily was only an 8 min walk. Avoid the company or make sure not to go to the beach and get wet while in culebra.
