I started a process with them around March 2019 after paying more than $3K I was told that I had to get medical records and shots which were $200+, I gave them everything they needed by June. I didn't hear anything til around December and it was them telling me that the paralegal I was working with wasn't there anymore and someone else took over my case and the medical records had not been sent to immigration and expired.
