Nothing wrong with the place itself but there where so many cancellations and delays so i asked a member of staff what platform i should be getting the next one from, just for confirmation and also explained that my train had been cancelled and he seemed completely annoyed and just barked platform 1 at me and i asked if he was sure and he just said platform 1 again so i was waiting there for another hour until i was thinking something wasn’t right and spoke to another member of staff who said i should’ve been waiting at plat... read more

Station is pretty decent quality, but it's a bit of a gamble if you'll get a friendly, helpful staff member or one who seems unhappy to be there. Nice decor, good and clean, decently signposted. OK wheelchair access with a lift but you need to reverse into the lift if you want to go out facing forwards, and sometimes staff won't have the ramp ready.

Does a job but poorly, nothing ever seems open and considering it's a place a lot of folk change trains this is really poor, should be better
