I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Carlisle train station due to me not being able to walk very far. They were most helpful in getting me a wheelchair to the platform and And had one waiting for me at Newcastle. Newcastle did the same, and I had a wheelchair ready for me at Carlisle I can’t thank them enough they were all so helpful and friendly. The station is clean With no unsightly litter around I caught the train at 10: 23 yesterday again, a big thank you to the staff at Carlisle and Newcastle
