Start to finish went flawlessly. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could tell when I walked in the door and saw the staff and facility that I was in the right place.
I had Monica and she was great. She worked with me, challenged me, and backed off when necessary. We were able to achieve my range of motion from 0 to 123 degrees. My only concern is that there was no follow up in the form of written or a phone call conversation with my doctor. My knee replacement was a difficult one from the beginning. When I came for my first visit Monica noticed that my leg was not straight. I wish she had called my doctor to notify him that something was wrong with the leg. Great experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
The doctor who referred me to Carlisle is considered the top specialist in his field in all of Northern New England. He said that Carlisle was the best place for me to go to receive the OT that he prescribed. He was right - but I knew that anyway - I was a patient there before. The therapist was great, and I have had steady improvement since the first visit for this latest issue.
