I wish things could have been better, would much prefer to leave a good review, but I have to be honest. They are great when things are going well, but if a customer has a problem and isn't happy, then they don't want to know you. It's seems that if you say that you are not happy about something, instead of addressing the issue, they can't wait to be rid of you. Did I feel valued as a customer? No Did I feel the staff understood my issue? No Did I feel the staff even knew how to address my issue? No Was I offered an apology?... read more
