Good physical therapy. Dated building and very dirty. Clothes disappeared and remaining was badly torn. Food was poor and deviled egg was not a special “treat.” Every day seemed like had a different nurse, with a different personality, making it hard to develop relationships and to have someone who could sense that something was wrong. Short staffed like many places but it seemed like nobody lived in town or close by. A staff person who performed bodily tasks, had very elaborately done nails.

Great Rehab & Nursing/CNA staff. Very friendly. Also great Admin. staff. Enjoying my rehab stay here. Thanks for everything, made me feel like family. Some great residents as well.

I was here for a little over a month for wound care and rehab. The wound nurses were amazing and on it like clockwork. The rehab therapists were amazing as well. Activities were pretty good and they brought a daily trivia page with a cross word word search and a coloring page. It was pretty nice. The food left much to be desired but it wasn't that bad.
