Our family is deeply disturbed and heartbroken over the neglect and abuse he suffered during his time under your care, culminating in his recent and unjust eviction from the home, During his stay, there were multiple concerning signs of neglect, including, poor hygiene, lack of proper medical attention, untreated bedsores, emotional distress]. We repeatedly raised concerns with staff, but these were either dismissed or inadequately addressed!

Would not recommend this care home at all, my grandfather was in this home and every time we went in to see him he was soaked in his own urine. He was once left on the floor for 50 minutes wanting to go to the toilet & when the patients ring the buzzer they just come in and turn it off or ignore it. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN HERE!!!

It was so sad my brother was not given a good standard of care. He got out just in time. Hopefully after my complaint and review, the administration will investigate and improve this home for future residents. It's up to us to inform and support our love ones.

This care home has a poor standard of care. The life of the elderly in this place is not at all enriching, they are just waiting to die. Care entails much more than a clean environment and putting residents in front of a TV. Staff spend very minimal time with any of the residents, whom deteriorate very quickly in their isolation and some are often heard saying '' I want to go home.'' It's just an awful place for your loved one to be.
