Was my foreclosure attorney we decided to sell referred me to Heather Keller they both seemed like they wanted to help said I had equity in the house when we closed now they are sayin I had so many outstanding issues which they should of known before we close would not recommend them at all
John Carlin is phenomenal. Anytime you need a lawyer it’s because of something that in turn brings a great amount of anxiety and fear. Some attorneys prey on that fear while others avoid the clients’ feelings altogether (or maybe are just too concerned with the case to take a moment to make sure that their client is ok.) This is not the way that John Carlin operates. Upon first meeting John I was pleasantly surprised with his breadth of knowledge. Excellent attorney
If I could give 0 stars, I would. No communication after he got his payment. Absolutely not honest person. A lot of promises before he got paid. After payment - not answering calls, not answering emails. Lied and mislead about bankruptcy process. Becareful! Do not get involved with John Carlin unless you want to donate your money
