Steer away from this guy. I don’t normally write reviews. This man does a very sloppy bankruptcy job. At firsts he’s the nicest person and after you try to reach him about some discrepancies. He doesn’t return your calls and you have to constantly be on him to provide the information you need. Just a horrible experience. Very disappointed, he was recommended.
Was my foreclosure attorney we decided to sell referred me to Heather Keller they both seemed like they wanted to help said I had equity in the house when we closed now they are sayin I had so many outstanding issues which they should of known before we close would not recommend them at all
John Carlin is phenomenal. Anytime you need a lawyer it’s because of something that in turn brings a great amount of anxiety and fear. Some attorneys prey on that fear while others avoid the clients’ feelings altogether (or maybe are just too concerned with the case to take a moment to make sure that their client is ok.) This is not the way that John Carlin operates. Upon first meeting John I was pleasantly surprised with his breadth of knowledge.
