One of the most unprofessional people i’ve ever worked with. during our time working with her, there were many items like which states we earned income in, what kind of financial events occurred, etc. that would cause her to claim “that’s more work it just got more expensive”. I wouldn’t have minded that, but these specifics were then never documented, apparently, as we specifically had to remind her 3-4 times of the states we earned income in. Great, Great, Great! Really knows her stuff. Fast, courteous, professional I made a mistake on a form for taxes. IRS sent me a hair raising letter. So I called Holly. She had me send everything to her, and the next day, she called, said "I know what it is. Here is how we fix it." She followed up with what to expect, and to contact her, if anything came in different than expected. In all of that, her pricing is also very fair.
