In February of 1961, Carlie C and Joyce McLamb opened a small country store in Johnston County on Highway 242. Right from the start, they understood the challenges that lay ahead of them. Meats, their , deli and friendly employees are the reason to visit. The store is kept clean and the isles are stocked. They have what you need but just not a lot of different choices for somethings. They do sell local in season produce. All and all it really is a good grocery store. Unfortunately they have gone the way of the other stores and placed self check outs. Why do places think that I want a job with them and not get paid for it or give me a reduced price.
Good prices. More variety than the other local grocery stores. Definitely recommend shopping here.
Could be better a bit pricey compared to lidil and aldi
